The structure Baroque to the first'500, owned by the then powerful family Buonvisi. The building became a place of encounters between the Marchesa Lucrezia, wife of Lelio Buonvisi, and her lover, which is told of his capture in front of the gates of Camigliano dell'assassinio accused of Marquis Lelio. During the first half of'600, the Villa di Camigliano was purchased by the Marquis Nicholas Santini, who subdued numerous changes transforming it into a sumptuous residence, made up of garden flower parterres and large tanks at the front which is reflected in the facade, similar to The Notre projects for the palace of Versailles. In the garden was built a Garden Theater of Flora composed of caves and water games, currently visilbili and functioning inside the Cave of the Winds.
